To take matters into your own hands, you need a firm grip. But despite the fact that our fingers are required for almost every exercise, we very rarely train them. Survivor Challenge has you covered: it’s time to get finger-spreading!

How to train

  • Stand upright
  • Arms should be stretched out in front of you
  • Elbows straight
  • Hands in fists

  • Stand upright
  • Arms should be stretched out in front of you
  • Elbows straight
  • Fists open and fingers completely spread

What to look out for

  • Perform repetitions quickly as you can while still maintaining the correct form
  • To work the full range of movement, spread your fingers as wide as possible
