Your calves are important for walking, jumping, sprinting and many other activities – and let’s be honest, doesn’t it look better when the lower body is trained, too?

How to train

  • Feet should be close together
  • Stance should be upright

  • Raise heels upwards as far as possible

What to look out for

  • Stabilize yourself by holding onto another person or an object if needed
  • Movement should be performed in a slow, controlled fashion
